4. Payments and Refunds

Payments made through Moim (e.g., via Venmo) are subject to the payment platform's policies. Moim may update RSVP status upon payment. In some cases, if a user changes RSVP status after payment, a refund may be automatically processed.

5. Content

You may upload event photos or comments. By doing so, you grant us permission to display and manage your content as part of the event features.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Moim if these terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. If changes are made, we will notify you via the site or email.
