Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited.
• Users may not use Moim to share, distribute, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Grooming, solicitation, or any predatory behavior toward minors is prohibited.
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way will be immediately removed.

Reporting and Enforcement

• All reports of CSAE content or behavior are reviewed promptly and treated with the highest priority.
• Accounts found violating these standards will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.
• We report all confirmed CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

Compliance

Moim complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to regional and national authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.
